hmm?
The sun shines through the blinds
but my sleep's not through this time
I peer and look at his sleeping face
now I'm off transported to another place.
Every lover ever in my bed
lingers forever ever in my head
like a song that plays on and on
and doesn't really end
Tempos change stanzas rearrange
this calmness now feels so strange
Different hands have touched the same
That song... can't remember the name
Familiar with her certain ways
I've forgotten and my mind has strayed
when is night and when is day
ya going to go or going to stay
Every lover ever in my bed
lingers forever ever in my head
like a song that plays on and on
and doesn't really end
but my sleep's not through this time
I peer and look at his sleeping face
